The Sponsors Agreement

This document can be handed out, posted or emailed to a new team member who is requested to complete and return within 48 hours.

An agreement as to what they can expect of you and what they want and can commit themselves to sets the coaching relationship off on the right footing. It can be referred back to during coaching sessions in order to keep the new Distributor on course and working towards the goals and reasons for starting their Kleeenze business.

This is a great and innovative idea from Mary Waterfall on how to approach a warm list, especially if you have been involved for a while and many already know you are involved with Kleeneze.

I have a bit of a favour to ask you. Kleeneze has asked us to do some market research on how they are promoting the business opportunity. They've asked us to ask 200 people for some feedback. All you have to do is watch a 15min DVD  presentation and answer a few questions. Would you mind helping me out?
 
It's quite a mission to think of 200 people!!!
 
I really emphazise the 200 people because they often say - "Oh I could ask so and so to do it to get your numbers up"

Planning your time is essential as we all lead busy lives and can easily get distracted from the main things.

Eliminate periods of the week you are unable to commit to your new business such as work and family or social fixed committments.

The rest of the time can be business time, working part time on your fortune, and it is important to programme in those activities that will develop your income. Your sponsor will help you work on your planner according to your schedule.

CONFERENCES,TEAM TRAININGS AND CONFERENCE TELEPHONE CALLS. Your sponsor will provide the dates and times of these. Other activities should be worked around these.

ACTIVITY TO GENERATE BUSINESS ENQUIRIES. Known as the Fishpond Activity ( See Activity Tracker in this section)

READING AND LISTENING TO RECOMMENDED RESOURCES. This can be done in off peak times or 'dead' time such as whilst in the car or travelling though we do not recommend reading whilst driving!

Keep track of your catalogue placements and collections and see your real results over a four weeky period.

Results vary from day to day but invariably work out according to the standard averages given time.

An example of how to fill this in is shown on the 100% Success Retail module.

It is important to realise that if you have started say with 200 sets of catalogues and plan to deliver 100 daily, you will not have a full 100 to put out after your first and subsequent collections due to those unreturned.

Diligence in using call back notes and returning at different times for 'strays' (including when delivering products to that area) will both bring more catalogues back into circulation and bring you extra orders that are very often with them.

Plan your catalogue distribution according to the level of income you require. These earnings are for your own retail alone and can be increased significantly by introducing otehrs and showing them how to hit their own targets too.

The 90 Day Plan

It takes time for focused activity to produce results and it is helpful to think in terms of 3 months (90 days) to see the cumulative effect of your activity to fully produce fruit. The essential point is to do ALL the proven elements of the plan.
